I encountered issues with check-in timing, as my room was not ready at the promised 3 PM, which wasted valuable time. The front desk staff was rather unwelcoming and even short with me during the check-in process, making the experience quite frustrating after a long drive. they were not only unwashed but had long hairs from previous guests, leaving me extremely disappointed.

From the moment I approached the front desk, I felt at home. The staff, especially Bryan, was wonderfully attentive. Breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of fresh choices. even the quiet atmosphere added to the comfort of my stay.

However, I did find some challenges, the breakfast selection could use more variety, especially for those with dietary restrictions, and I encountered some issues with the room’s cooling efficiency that made my nights a bit uncomfortable.

we really enjoyed our stay at home2 suites by hilton. the king studio suite was spacious and had a full-size refrigerator, which was perfect for our family. issac at the front desk was a superstar! he helped us settle in and find fun activities for the kids. we loved the clean saltwater outdoor pool, too.

I stayed in a Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds, Non-Smoking for 2 nights. The room was super spacious with a nice kitchenette, which was great for our family. The beds were comfy enough, but some parts of the mattress felt a bit lumpy. The bathroom had a glass door that was slightly hard to open but didn’t ruin our stay. Overall, we appreciated the cleanliness and the fact that there were clean dishes provided in the kitchen!
